Refund policy

At Séron, every piece is produced in limited quantity and made to last. We ask that you choose carefully.

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, contact us at silence@seron.global with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.

Approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only. We do not offer cash refunds.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Sale items are final sale. No exceptions.

Séron reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
