By accessing or purchasing from seron.com, you agree to the following terms.
1. General These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Séron online store. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accepted these terms in full.
2. Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are as accurate as possible — minor variations in colour may occur between screen and physical product.
3. Pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Séron reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Your order will be charged at the price shown at time of purchase.
4. Orders Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
5. Payment We accept all major credit cards and Shopify-supported payment methods. All transactions are processed securely. Séron does not store payment information.
6. Shipping Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Séron is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
7. Returns & Exchanges All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for sizing issues only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Contact us before returning any item.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including imagery, copy, branding, and design — is the property of Séron. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability Séron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
